Aluminium structure

A substantial design with multi-chamber profiles.

The structural system uses 120 × 120 mm posts, multi-chamber profiles and local reinforcement at the most highly loaded points.

01 / Posts

120 × 120 mm

The substantial multi-chamber posts are made from durable 6063-T6 aluminium alloy.

02 / Profiles

Multi-chamber design

Thoughtful internal profile geometry creates a stable and rigid structural base.

03 / Thickness

1,6 / 1,8 mm

Actual post aluminium thickness, with local structural reinforcement up to 3.0 mm.

04 / Protection

Additional surface protection

An additional protective coating after processing ensures a high-quality, durable finish.

Tested resistance

Performance figures that matter.

Structural system tests confirm resistance to wind and snow loads, while integrated gutters provide efficient water drainage.

Wind resistance39,8 m/sapproximately 143 km/h

The one-hour test was performed in several positions and at an angle. After testing, there was no component breakage, loosening of joints or permanent functional failure; every test stage was rated PASS.

Snow load107 kg/m²rated load · 160 kg/m² safety test

At the rated load, the pergola operated normally after testing. At the safety load, the test sample did not break or leave its guides.

Heavy rain resistance200 mm/h

Water is collected in the integrated gutter system and channelled through the structure in a controlled manner.

Integrated drainage

Rainwater travels through the structure.

When the louvres are closed, rainwater is directed into concealed gutters and then through the interior of the posts. Instead of flowing over the roof edge, it is discharged in a controlled way at the base of the pergola.

01
Roof collection

Closed louvres direct rainwater towards the integrated perimeter gutters.

02
Concealed flow

The gutters carry water to drainage channels inside the structure.

03
Controlled discharge

Water exits the structure at the base of the posts, away from the space beneath the pergola.
